From the 1st of November 2023, a new European project began the „Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi. The project is within the Erasmus+ Programme – Key action 2 „Partnerships for cooperation”, KA220-HED – Cooperation partnerships in higher education.
The project with no. 2023-1-BG01-KA220-HED-000154889 and the title „Academic Entrepreneurship Roadmap”, acronym AcEntRoad, will run from the 1st of November 2023 until the 31 October 2025, with the following partners:
- Partner 1: Plovdivski Universitet Paisiy Hilendarski, Plovdiv, Bulgaria – project coordinator
- Partner 2: Association for Support of the Development of the Intellectual Capital, Sofia, Bulgaria
- Partner 3: Universitatea Tehnică „Gheorghe Asachi” din Iaşi, Iaşi, România
- Partner 4: L-Università ta’ Malta, Msida, Malta
- Partner 5: Università degli Studi dell’Aquila, L’Aquila, Italy
- Partner 6: Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi, Çanakkale, Turkiye
The project is aimed to investigate hidden strengths of academic entrepreneurship, in details and in various aspects, oriented to students, academic staff and business people. The general objective of the project is to explore the ways for success in entrepreneurial activities to trigger students initiative in an adapted way, bringing together students from various social categories with focus on those who are discouraged in their study and lagging their peers.
Target groups and beneficiaries of the project are: students, academic staff / university lecturers, researchers, business people.
