“Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iași is ranked as the 8th university in Romania and 1155th in World Ranking 2015 – 2016, according to the University Ranking by Academic Performance.
The URAP ranking system’s focus is on academic quality. Since 2009, URAP annually gathers data about 2,500 higher education institutions with highest number of publications to rank them by their academic performance.
